The mission of Inntinnean Coaching is to improve the leadership ability of clients through the experience of learning to be more self-reliant on their individual strengths and capabilities.  The word “inntinn” expresses mindfulness in Gaelic, the ancestry of Inntinnean Coaching founder, Dr. Eric Boyd. With these words in mind, Eric focuses on helping clients better understand their strengths and how to utilize them in navigating their journey toward becoming a highly effective leader.

Eric Boyd is a Leadership Coach and Co-Founder of FairWays to Leadership®, a national non-profit that teaches leadership development to college students from diverse communities using the experience of learning golf. He is a first-generation college graduate who received his PhD in marketing from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Eric is an award-winning teacher and researcher who seeks to help his clients become more effective leaders.

Access to the game of golf opens doors to business opportunities for professional development and builds leadership skills. Unfortunately, this access has often been limited to those with club memberships or experience with the game—those privy to the rules, both spoken and unspoken.
